By placing an order with EverGrace Design Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom Orders

All products are made to order and may include personalized engraving, names, monograms, or custom designs. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before submitting their purchase.

EverGrace Design Co. is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors, incorrect personalization details, or incorrect shipping information.

Production & Turnaround Time

Because items are custom-made, production times may vary. Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. Orders will not begin production until payment has been received.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping

Once an order has shipped, EverGrace Design Co. is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.

Handmade & Engraving Variations

Each item is individually crafted and engraved. Slight variations in wood grain, engraving placement, color, and finish may occur and are considered part of the handmade nature of our products.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, logos, product listings, and content created by EverGrace Design Co. may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

EverGrace Design Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of our products.
