Return & Refund Policy

At EverGrace Design Co., each item is custom-made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Custom & Personalized Items

All items are made to order and many include custom engraving, names, colors, or other personalized details. Because of this, we are unable to restock or resell these items.

Please double-check:

  • Spelling of names and personalization
  • Design selections
  • Shipping address
  • Tumbler/color choices

before submitting your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

If the issue was caused by our error or shipping damage, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has shipped, EverGrace Design Co. is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help you file a claim or locate your package.

Color & Design Variations

Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and product materials. Handmade and engraved items may also have small natural variations that make each item unique.
