Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting EverGrace Design Co. We are committed to creating high-quality custom products and getting them to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing & Turnaround Time

All items are made to order. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for processing before your order ships unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Processing times may vary during:

  • Holidays
  • Sales/promotions
  • High order volume periods
  • Large custom orders

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping speeds selected at checkout apply only after the order has been completed and shipped.

Local Pickup

Local porch pickup may be available for customers in the local area. If pickup is selected at checkout, you will receive pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Please arrange pickup within 7 days of notification unless other arrangements have been made.

Shipping Delays

EverGrace Design Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

While we are happy to help assist with locating packages, we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times once an order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
  • Refunds will not be issued for shipped orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and damaged item

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier. EverGrace Design Co. is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because all products are custom-made and personalized, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
